I’m Santos Picacio, and I have been leading men and women for the past 30 years. I’m a retired military officer from Southern Texas, and I decided to settle down with my lovely wife here in the lovely city of New Braunfels, TX.
I decided to make a podcast due to many organizations taking on new leaders and expecting them to “lead” yet not showing them HOW to do so. I wanted to make a podcast that could “virtually” teach, coach, and mentor other junior and senior leaders across various organizations.
